What Provisional is

A free tool that helps pre-licensed clinicians keep their own records of supervised hours, supervisor review and exam practice. It is a record-keeping aid. It does not issue, approve or speed up any license, and it is not affiliated with IDFPR, ASWB, NASW or any licensing board.

Your responsibilities

• Enter accurate information. You are responsible for what you submit to any licensing board.
• Never enter client names, case details or other client information.
• Keep your password private and use your own account only.

Records and official forms

Hour totals and supervisor approvals in Provisional are records for you and your supervisor. Licensing rules change, and boards may require their own forms and signatures, including handwritten ones. Always confirm current requirements with your licensing board. Provisional doesn't give legal advice or decide whether you qualify for a license.

Exam practice

Practice questions are original and written for study. They are not real exam items and don't guarantee any result.

Cost

Provisional is free for clinicians.

Your data

You own your data. You can export it or delete your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

Provisional is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it will be error-free or always online. Keep your own copy of important records. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the service.

Changes and contact
