Provisional (“we”) is a free tool for pre-licensed mental health clinicians, operated by Isaiah Tennell in Chicago, Illinois. This policy explains what we collect at www.getprovisional.com, why, and the choices you have. Questions: itennell0629@gmail.com.

What we collect

What we don't collect

Provisional is built to hold no client information. There is no place to enter client names or case details, and you should never enter them. We never ask for your state licensing (CORE) login. We don't collect biometrics or health information about you.

How we use it

We don't sell your information and don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Google user data

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture, and use them only to create and identify your account. Provisional's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don't transfer it to others except as needed to run the service, and never for advertising.

Your choices

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Every account is walled off so only its owner can read it. Password sign-ins also need a code emailed to you. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.

Age

Provisional is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app or by email before any significant change takes effect.
